My Practice

Welcome! I am so glad you are here. The process of finding the right therapist can often feel overwhelming. My hope as you look through this page is that you will get a clear and concise feel for what it would be like to have me walk alongside you as your therapist. In counseling, I create a warm, non-judgmental and safe space to talk about the issues you are facing. It is my deep desire as your therapist to offer excellent and evidence-based therapy while creating a down-to-earth environment where you feel seen and cared for. I look forward to connecting with you!

I have  experience working with individuals, couples, and families. I also offer EMDR Intensives.

I work with individuals looking to address issues around anxiety, depression, relationship or family issues, life transitions, codependency, grief, and post-traumatic stress. Additionally, I work with adults that have experienced childhood physical, sexual, and/or emotional abuse and neglect. I am fully trained in a Somatic and Attachment Focused EMDR- an extensively researched and effective modality for treating trauma and other adverse life experiences. You can find more about EMDR here: https://www.emdria.org/page/what_is_emdr_therapy

EMDR Intensives-EMDR intensives allow clients a larger chunk of time to resolve traumatic experiences. In working with clients in the intensive format, I have found it to be incredibly effective to have more space set aside to process memories and reduce symptoms. EMDR intensives can in the form of several hours scheduled on one day or a as a Friday evening through Sunday morning weekend intensive.

Couples Counseling-I work with couples looking to address issues of communication, conflict resolution and deepening emotional intimacy. I am Prepare-Enrich certified which allows me to administer and assess a well researched assessment tool for measuring couples strengths and areas of growth. You can find out more here:

Adolescent and Family Therapy-My experience with families and/or adolescents is primarily with helping strengthen relationship and communication between adolescents and their parents. I desire to create a safe space for all parties to feel validated and heard while working to strengthen relationships and build communication.

If you are interested in scheduling an individual, couple, or family session or an EMDR intensive, contact me using the information in the Contact Me section of this page or the "contact me for more information" button below.
